      About The Pawlyclinic:

At The Pawlyclinic, we believe veterinary care should feel thoughtful, accessible, and as stress-free as possible—for both pets and the people who love them. That belief is at the core of everything we do. Through our mobile veterinary services, we bring high-quality, compassionate care directly into our clients’ homes, creating a calm and personalized experience for pets. In our brick-and-mortar clinic, we offer advanced diagnostics, surgery, and radiology in a fully open-concept space designed around transparency, comfort, and trust.

Our team is deeply committed to building meaningful, long-term relationships with pet parents while delivering exceptional medical care with empathy and integrity.

As a private, locally owned practice, we intentionally slow the pace of care—prioritizing quality over volume, and meaningful client relationships over rushed appointments. You’ll practice a wide scope of medicine including primary, urgent, and end-of-life care, supported by a team that values empathy, clear communication, and professional integrity.

At The Pawlyclinic, veterinarians are trusted clinical leaders. We foster an environment where your medical judgment is respected, your growth is supported, and your work has a lasting impact on patients, clients, and the community you serve.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Provide in-home & clinical veterinary care that keeps pets comfortable and families at ease. Services include primary care, urgent care, emergency care and end of life services.

      • Craft individualized diagnostic and treatment plans that reflect each pet and household

      • Use and perform diagnostics with confidence to guide clear, thoughtful medical decisions.

      • Communicate with warmth and clarity, empowering pet parents with knowledge and support.

      • Ensure continuity of care through proactive follow-ups and ongoing guidance.

      • Maintain accurate medical records to support excellent, coordinated patient care.

      • Work closely with CVT/ RVT and provide medical knowledge & guidance

      We’re Looking For:

      • DVM/VMD degree with minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred

      • Strong empathy, patience, and communication skills

      • Confidence to work independently in the field with a CVT/RVT

      • A genuine passion for fear-free, relationship-based veterinary care

      • Physical ability to lift 40 lbs unassisted

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

      • Flexible schedules — part-time, or full-time roles available

      • Meaningful, one-on-one care that makes a real difference

      • Mentorship

      • Supportive, passionate, locally grounded team environment

      • Predictable and consistent work schedule — no late nights, no weekends

      • Veterinary care as it should be: unrushed, personalized, fulfilling

      Benefits:

      • 401(k)

      • Dental insurance

      • Employee discount

      • Flexible schedule

      • Health insurance
